About Transportation

We transport over 8,000 students each day and take pride in providing safe, consistent service for our students.  North Rockland Central School District transports public, private, and special education children to and from schools using over 200 buses and drivers who travel nearly 1,000,0000 miles each year!

Transportation Questions or Assistance

If you have questions or need assistance regarding your child’s bus ride, including safety, conduct, or general transportation matters, please contact the Transportation Department.

For school-specific matters, you may also reach out to your School Principal.

Lost Item on the Bus?

If an item was left behind on a school bus, please reach out to Haverstraw Transit Inc., which handles most transportation for North Rockland Schools. Their team can help check buses and assist with recovery.
