Please consider using the template linked here to let Governor Hochul know how important it is  to North Rockland that the "hold harmless" legislation is protected in the NYS 2024-25 budget. The Governor removed 'hold harmless' language in her 2024-25 budget proposal. This language prevents districts from receiving a reduction in the amount of Foundation Aid they receive on a yearly basis.
