Haverstraw Students Shine in Round Two of Amazing Shake

Say “cheese!” In the second round of the Amazing Shake competition at Haverstraw Elementary School, students put their communication and creativity skills to the test. Students who advanced from last week’s Round 1 rotated through five stations and met with administrators and staff members. At one station, students used a prop placed on the table in front of them to pitch ideas for new after-school clubs at HES. Several students proposed starting a photography club, an idea we certainly love. Throughout the round, students continued to build confidence, professionalism and strong interpersonal skills.
